Dr. Bernadett Petri

Dr. Bernadett Petri, Head of the Europe Strategy Research Institute (EUSTRAT) at the University of Public Service (since 2024), Ministerial Commissioner for the Coordination of Directly Managed EU Funds in Hungary at the Ministry for Public Administration and Regional Development (since 2024), Managin Director, Hungarian Development Promotion Office (since 2023). Dr. Petri holds a law degree from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, studied English law and the European Union at the University of Cambridge, obtained a Master’s degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Psychology BA degree at the University of Pécs. After the bar exam she worked in Budapest and Brussels in the fields of economic law, intellectual property law, international law and company law. She served at the European Parliament and later as a member of the cabinet of European Commissioner Tibor Navracsics. Since March 2020 she has been a researcher at the EUSTRAT Institute and a lecturer at Pázmány University.
